Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on NakshatraZone (nakshatrazone.in), owned and operated by PrimeNexa Technologies. Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway.

2. What You Are Purchasing

NakshatraZone sells one-time, personalised digital reports. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals and no recurring charges.

  • Premium Kundli Report — a personalised Vedic birth-chart report (full unlocked Kundli book plus a downloadable PDF), generated from the birth details you provide.
  • Premium Milan Report — a personalised Kundli-matching report for two people (full unlocked Milan book plus a downloadable PDF), generated from both partners' birth details.

The final price is always displayed on the checkout page before you pay. Generation begins immediately after successful payment and the report is normally delivered within minutes.

3. Cancellation

Because each report is generated and delivered immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and generation has begun. If you have paid but not yet received your report and wish to cancel, contact us right away — if generation has not completed, we will cancel and refund the order in full.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Non-delivery: payment succeeded but your report was not generated or made available, and we are unable to deliver it within 72 hours of your request
  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment-gateway or technical error
  • Failed unlock: payment succeeded but premium access was never activated on your chart/match, and we cannot activate it within 72 hours

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Reports that have been successfully generated and delivered (see Section 6 — Digital Content)
  • Dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretations themselves — predictions and readings are inherently subjective content, provided for guidance and reflection
  • Incorrect birth details (name, date, time or place) entered by you — please double-check before paying; see Section 5 for our free correction offer
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service

5. Wrong Birth Details — Free One-Time Correction

If you entered incorrect birth details by mistake, we will re-generate your report once, free of charge, with the corrected details — provided you contact us within 48 hours of purchase from the email/account used to order. This is offered as a goodwill correction, not a refund.

6. Digital Content Policy

NakshatraZone reports are personalised digital goods delivered instantly. In line with applicable Indian consumer-protection guidelines and standard industry practice for digital content, once a report has been generated and made available to you, the service is considered fully rendered and no refund is available except as explicitly stated in Section 4.

7. Promotional Coupons

From time to time we may issue promotional or invitation coupon codes that grant premium access without payment. Coupons have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not eligible for any refund. PrimeNexa Technologies may revoke coupon-granted access in cases of Terms of Service violation.

8. Refund Process

  • Email your request to nakshatrazone@primenexatech.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Order/Transaction ID]"
  • Include the email used at checkout, your payment/transaction ID or order ID, and the reason for the request
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via our authorised payment gateway; depending on your bank, the amount may take a few additional days to reflect

9. Free Services

The free Kundli calculator, free Kundli-matching (36-guna) tool and other free features involve no payment, so no refund policy applies to them.
